I’ve been trying to cook healthier and eat better this year so that means less instant noodles (and less Tetra Pak soup stock). Made delicious laksa for the laksa addict in the family using the recipe of a British lady (ironic yes, but it doesn’t matter especially when it is so easy to prepare and tastes so good) with the prettiest cookbook ever.
I also adapted another one of her recipes using J’s leftover pasta sauce from the night before. Savory brunches are the way to go.
